01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Graffiy, including our website, editor, templates, AI-assisted generation tools, team features, uploads, exports, and related services.

By creating an account, using the product, inviting collaborators, uploading content, or downloading an export, you agree to these terms. If you use Graffiy on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

02

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account or workspace. Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Workspace owners and administrators may manage team members, roles, billing settings, shared assets, and workspace content. You are responsible for ensuring that invited users have appropriate permission to access the materials in your workspace.

03

Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Some features may require a paid plan, seat allowance, or AI credit balance. Plan limits, pricing, included features, renewal periods, and credit packages may be displayed in the product or on our pricing page.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. AI credits may be consumed when you use generation or automation features. Failed payments, chargebacks, or suspected misuse may limit access to paid features.

04

Your content

You retain ownership of the designs, files, prompts, text, images, templates, uploads, and other materials you submit to Graffiy. You grant Graffiy the rights needed to host, process, display, transform, back up, and export that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, institutional policies, or third-party rights.

05

Acceptable use

You may not use Graffiy to create, upload, share, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or security-compromising content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with infrastructure, or access another user's data without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

06

AI-generated outputs

Graffiy may provide AI-assisted drafting, design, visualization, and image generation features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use without review.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publication, submission, clinical use, academic use, commercial use, or reliance.

07

Templates and shared materials

Graffiy templates, icons, layouts, examples, and sample content may be provided for convenience and inspiration. Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell, redistribute, or package Graffiy-owned assets as a competing library or standalone product.

If you submit templates or content for public review, you grant Graffiy permission to review, display, distribute, and feature approved submissions in connection with the service.

08

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Graffiy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues, or security events may affect access.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Where changes materially affect paid functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graffiy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, research delays, publication delays, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
